In this period where reality around us moves between storm and calm,
between external noise and internal overload, we invite you for a moment of gathering.
A place where movement is not only a response to what occurs outside,
but a gentle listening to what seeks to be born from within.
It is a journey to the internal resource, to a quiet wave that does not depend on the external wind,
a movement that listens to the breath, to the small tremor, to the pulse.
Through the body and senses, we open a space of attention—not to escape the world,
