Summer is at its peak, and Ein Hemed National Park is as beautiful as ever, with flowing water, plenty of shade, and greenery thanks to the Ein Hemed spring 🌿. You are invited to a guided tour with guides from the Israel Nature and Parks Authority following the Kisalon Stream flowing through the national park center.
During the tour, we will hear about the importance of preserving the stream and spring for the benefit of wildlife and plants, learn about the efforts to rehabilitate the stream, and walk along the new path set up at this beautiful site between new and old water pools, in the orchard and tall plane trees.
We will visit the Crusader farmhouse and be impressed by the massive stones typical of Crusader construction and even look for the marks left by stonemasons.
