Based on the classic by Miguel de Cervantes. Suitable for grades 1–4.
The brave knight Don Quixote dreams of becoming the greatest and most famous hero in the world. He decides to embark on the adventure of his life: to find the terrifying giant who strikes fear into Spain, defeat him, and win eternal glory.
Joining Quixote’s journey is his loyal friend, Sancho Panza. Together, they navigate a journey filled with obstacles thanks to courageous friendship and cooperation. But when they finally reach the terrifying giant, the truth is revealed: it is merely... a windmill.
Don Quixote refuses to admit the truth; he is convinced that the simple windmill is indeed the terrifying giant and prepares for battle. The friendship between the two will now be put to the test: Will Sancho Panza be brave enough to tell Don Quixote the truth and prevent the unnecessary battle?
Don Quixote will eventually discover, through his friend, that there are many ways to be a hero and that the fame and glory he longs for are not as important as true friendship.
