Gulliver, a young cabin boy, dreams of becoming a great explorer captain. Everyone around him mocks him for being too small and weak to command a ship on his own. He makes a wish: to be as big as a ship and as strong as the waves. But before he can finish expressing his wish, a storm breaks out, and the ship is wrecked on shore.
Gulliver finds himself in Lilliput—a strange land where its inhabitants are tiny. The diminutive residents of Lilliput crown Gulliver their giant protector, and he promises to always guard them. Very quickly, Gulliver discovers that being a giant and powerful is not so simple—he is asked to do things he does not like, such as harming the residents of the neighboring Archipelago land, crushing their ships, and even destroying the noisy machine invented by his best friend.
Gulliver feels the loneliest and saddest in the world and regrets ever wishing to be so big and strong. But then he realizes that true wisdom lies in using one's power for good—to bring peace and act through love.
