Family Costume Hike "Through the Dunes to Dune"

On Shabbat, immediately after the Purim vacation—only once a year—a family costume hike in the Herzliya area!

❓ What’s included?

👉 A costume walk—because you’ll want to wear your Purim costumes one more time! A 6-kilometer walk at a leisurely pace, with no elevation changes, through the Hof HaSharon Nature Reserve along the sea. We’ll see a sea of flowers and an incredibly beautiful winter sea.

👉 A visit to the “Dina” open-air sculpture park—works made of trees, earth, sand, and stones that will leave no one indifferent. We’ll talk about the meaning of art with children and adults.

👉 The reddest cliffs by the sea, views of Herzliya and Netanya, and a sunken boat.

👉 Skydivers, paragliders, and other birds overhead.

👉 An abandoned chemical plant and the story of the explosion in Herzliya.

👉 A view of Apollonia Fortress, with the option of visiting it independently after the walk if you haven’t had enough impressions.

🐢 Leisurely pace: suitable for grandmothers, grandchildren, and dogs.

⏰ 10:00–13:30, with a picnic break on the seashore and the option to continue after the route ends.

💲 100 shekels per adult; 80 shekels per child aged 6–16; the third child in a family is free.

We will meet at the tables, 100 meters before the entrance to Apollonia National Park (Apollonia National Garden). If you are following a navigation app, do not turn left at the last intersection, following the green sign to the national park. Instead, drive a few meters straight into the grove, where the tables are on the right.

The route is circular. I will try to help with rides.
