First session – Wednesday, 14 October | 18:00–20:00 | Sustainability Center – Meteor Center, 33 Alterman Street
Join the Herzliya Municipality’s Environmental Initiatives Course. During the course, we will learn about the variety of environmental challenges, initiatives, and communities active in the city; meet local professionals and activists; and discover how everyone can get involved and lead change in their immediate environment.
The course combines lectures, meetings, and tours. It is intended for anyone who wants to connect with the city’s environmental activities and become part of a community working toward a more sustainable future.
The course will cover the following topics:
- The climate crisis
- Biodiversity and Herzliya’s natural environment
- Local agriculture
- Community entrepreneurship
- And more
