A couples’ meeting about life alongside post-trauma at Noga Center, 7 Ben-Gurion Street, Herzliya. Rafael and Limor share their story and offer tools for communication, connection, and closeness.
What happens when post-traumatic stress enters the home and, without being invited, becomes part of a relationship?
In a personal, open session offering practical coping tools, Rafael and Limor share perspectives from both sides of the same relationship:
Rafael describes how post-traumatic stress changed his life and his relationship, while Limor offers the perspective of the partner who is there beside him—with the pain, frustration, choices, and effort to maintain closeness even in difficult moments.
Through their story, an honest conversation between partners, and practical exercises, participants will gain tools to better understand what happens within a relationship under the strain of trauma,
how to identify moments when communication breaks down, and how to create connection, dialogue, and closeness anew.
This session offers not only a glimpse into life alongside post-traumatic stress, but also language and tools that can be taken home and applied to all our relationships.
