The ceremony will be held in the presence of the mayor, the deputy mayor, bereaved families, and youth representatives. It will be dedicated to commemorating the events of October 7 and honoring the fallen and those murdered.

• The viewing area is accessible at the front of the main stage and at the front of the family stage.
• Hearing-range extension headphones will be provided upon presentation of an identity card. The loan booth will be located at City Gate Plaza, near the “Nitzat HaDuvdevan” store.
• Accessible restrooms are available at City Gate Plaza along Ben-Gurion Street.
• Accessible parking spaces are located on Ba’al Shem Tov Street (adjacent to the City Hall building), in the City Hall building parking lot, and on the streets near the event (parking is subject to availability).
• An accessible route to the event site is available from Sokolov Street, Rambam Street, Ha’atzmaut Street, and Lantz Street to the main stage, as well as to the stage at City Gate via HaSes Street, Rabbi Kook Street, and HaBanim Street.
