The Haifa Symphony Orchestra will be conducted by Italian Maestro Jacopo Sifari di Pescasseroli. The soloist is virtuoso pianist Giuseppe Albanese from Italy.
The program features beloved works from the golden repertoire of European classical music: Overture to the opera La forza del destino by Giuseppe Verdi, Piano Concerto No. 1 in G major by Maurice Ravel, and Symphony No. 5 in D minor by Dmitry Shostakovich.

Jacopo Sifari di Pescasseroli is the Chief Conductor of the Macedonian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. He has collaborated with Cecilia Bartoli, Anna Pirozzi, Simon Orfila, Roberto Scandiuzzi, Orlin Anastasov, Anna Maria Chiuri, Alexandra Zabala, Dimitra Theodossiou, Angela Georgiou, Fiorenza Cedolins, Rudy Park, Jadranka Jovanović, Rebeka Lokar, Donata d'Annunzio Lombardi, Stefano Bollani, Michel Campanella, Sandro Ivo Bartoli, Carlo Maria Parazzichini, and Carlo Maria. Jacopo Sifari is considered one of the finest Italian interpreters of Giacomo Puccini's works. The conductor has also worked in the pop music sphere with artists such as Ricky Martin, Anastacia, Il Volo, and Amy Stewart.
In January 2020, Jacopo Sifari di Pescasseroli received the special award "Golden Opera" (the operatic "Oscar" for a new generation), awarded by the Lyric Confederation of Italian Opera Houses as one of the most promising young conductors on the Italian operatic horizon. In 2024, he received the title "Puccini Ambassador in the World," and from 2016 to 2018, he was the Chief Guest Conductor of the Puccini Festival Foundation.
Virtuoso Pianist Giuseppe Albanese
Winner of the Premio Venezia competition, laureate of the first prize at the Vendome International Piano Competition in London (2003), and recipient of a special prize for the best performance of contemporary music at the Busoni International Piano Competition in Bolzano.
Albanese performs in the world's finest concert halls with renowned orchestras, including the Orchestra of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, the Sinfonica Verdi Orchestra, and the San Francisco Opera Orchestra.
In 2014, Albanese debuted on the Deutsche Grammophon label with his solo album Fantasia. In 2015, his next release for the label, Après une lecture de Liszt, received enthusiastic critical acclaim. The pianist currently holds an exclusive contract with Universal Italia.
