The Harish Municipality and the Immigration Absorption Department invite you to the “Rethinking Your Route” program for new immigrants who have been in Israel for up to 10 years—on the path to joining Israel’s employment market.

📅 4 meetings in total | Tuesdays | 1 meeting for personal counseling

🗣️ The workshop is conducted in Hebrew.
👥 The program is intended for new immigrants who have been in Israel for up to 10 years and are up to age 60.

During the meetings:

✨ We will become familiar with Israel’s employment market and the available opportunities
✨ We will examine the professional experience and skills each participant brings from their country of origin
✨ We will learn how to translate previous experience into employment opportunities in Israel
✨ We will become familiar with professions and fields in demand
✨ We will understand the steps required to move toward our employment goals
✨ We will learn tools to help with job searching and proper integration
✨ Each participant will receive a personal counseling session to develop a direction and action plan tailored to them

🎯 The goal: Not merely to talk about employment, but to leave with a clear direction, practical tools, and an action plan for the road ahead.

The number of places is limited in order to enable meaningful, personalized work with each participant.
