Haifa Pub Quiz

Returning to Haifa to test your knowledge.

Come to an evening of pub quiz—a team trivia competition with food, alcohol, friends, and plenty of questions about things, some of which are useful in life and most of which really aren’t.

Put together a team of up to 6 participants, register, and come play.

During the evening, you’ll compete against other teams in several rounds of questions and tasks about current affairs, culture, music, history, science, sports, television, and basically almost anything we can think of.

You don’t need to know everything. In fact, it’s impossible to know everything, so it’s a good idea to bring people who know different things from you. Someone knows history, someone recognizes songs after three seconds, and someone inexplicably knows the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Everyone is needed.

And most importantly—bring people you’d like to drink with.

So how does it work?

Up to 6 people per team. You don’t have to be six, and you can definitely come as a smaller group.

The cost is 50 NIS per participant.

The evening lasts approximately two hours.

You can earn points in every part of the game, and at the end of the evening, the team with the most points wins. There’s a prize, of course. We’re not monsters.

Can we use our phones?

No.

Phones do not participate in the quiz, which means that for two hours you’ll have to remember things yourselves, argue with your teammates, and discover in hindsight that the person you were sure was wrong was the only one who was right.

What if we’re not very good at trivia?

That’s okay. First of all, most people know far more things than they think they do. Besides, we also have recognition and alcohol for funny teams, as well as other things that don’t necessarily require you to know who was president of the United States in 1857.
