Clear Your Head — Chamber Theater

Latecomers will not be admitted to the performance.

The local elections are just around the corner, and the city’s mayor—a powerful, battle-hardened man named Moshe Shvartsman—is seriously worried: no one dares to run against him.

After all, without an opponent, there will be no campaign, and without a campaign, the sponsors’ wallets will remain closed. Besides, what if someone decides he’s a dictator? Democracy is his guiding star, after all!

So what is he to do?

To create the illusion of a fair election race, he needs to find a fake candidate. Someone who, at best, will receive only their own family’s votes—and even those only after much hesitation.

When a cleaning woman enters the office and starts sweeping, everyone immediately realizes that the perfect candidate has been found.

Her name is Ilana.

And she has come to stay!
