Rhythm for Two: A Movement and Connection Workshop for Couples

A hand on the back.
How surprising a hand on the back can be.
How surprising a hand gently resting on the back can be.
How surprised a back can feel when a hand rests on it gently.
How surprised the heart can be.
When one back rests against another.
And on the back, a hand is placed.
And on the hand, gentleness is placed.
And upon the gentleness, very good thoughts are placed.
You are invited to pause for a moment, observe, and return to the heart.
Within the demanding pace of life, words sometimes become a screen, and routine causes us to forget our first language—the language of the body.
I invite you to an intimate and moving workshop where we will move together, as a couple and as individuals, and explore the connection through touch, breath, rhythm, and space.
Using tools from movement therapy and body-mind therapy, we will create a safe space where we will:
Couples at any stage of their journey who want to deepen their connection, renew their closeness, and encounter one another anew through active presence.
No previous experience in movement or dance is required.
Facilitator: Ortal Amado—group facilitator incorporating the arts, with extensive experience working with adults and currently training as a movement therapist. Owner of a business offering workshops that combine emotional dialogue and creative work.
Come and rediscover your rhythm.
