A light-hearted, sparkling, and truly theatrical story about how one ridiculous transformation can turn life upside down.
At the center of the plot is a poor but resourceful hero who, for the sake of love and to save his friends, decides to undertake the most desperate adventure: pretending to be a wealthy aunt from faraway Brazil.
Confusion, disguises, misunderstandings, and brilliant humor follow one another, turning the performance into a kaleidoscope of comic situations. Music, dancing, and live vocal numbers heighten the atmosphere of celebration and carefree laughter, while witty dialogue and vivid characters leave the audience no time to catch their breath.
This is a performance about love and the courage to be yourself—even under the most unexpected masquerade costume.

The Art Stage Broadway Theatre has been operating for just over two years and is based in Bat Yam, Israel. Over the course of two seasons, the theatre has staged more than six productions and concert programs, as well as the full-scale musical “Aunt Charley, or Hello, I’m Your Aunt!”
The theatre works in the musical-theatre style, following the finest traditions of musical theatre.
