In this workshop, you will experience the traditional 'shibori' technique for dyeing fabrics. Each participant will create and dye a canvas bag in a pattern of their choice, while learning about indigo blue dye and its unique method. The workshop also includes a visit to an exhibition.
Details: In this workshop, we will experiment with the traditional "shibori" technique for dyeing fabrics. Each participant will create a fabric bag in a pattern of their choice. We will fold, dye, and learn about this unique dyeing method and blue indigo dye. During the workshop, we will visit an exhibition. *The fabric bags will be provided by the museum to each workshop participant.
