We invite you to an open house at Beit Novak in celebration of the 40th Film Festival. Enjoy and appreciate the art collection of multidisciplinary artist Moshe Novak, of blessed memory, who was one of the first Jewish and Israeli artists to create contemporary art. He was a pioneer and famous for his artistic wall hangings, which can be found all over the world. Novak, the first general director of all the museums in Haifa, considered himself an artist committed to society and the artistic community. He worked to transform the city of Haifa into the cultural center that he believed it should be, and therefore always declared: “I am a Haifalit.” At Beit Novak, his children preserve his legacy and his works for future generations.
