What is Israeli public diplomacy, really? How do you measure whether it's

working and what should you never, ever do?

Ilana Stein [Link] draws on 20

years in the field to unpack what's changed, what hasn't, and the unexpected

advantage olim bring to telling Israel's story (hint: it's not just the

languages they speak).

Ilana is a media strategist, former diplomat, and seasoned public speaker. She

previously led the international media division of Israel's national public

diplomacy office, served as Cultural Attache in Moscow, and was a spokesperson

for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Comedian, podcast host, and co-founder of Anonymous Comedy TLV, Martin turns the

chaos of aliyah into comedy gold — from Israeli bureaucracy and cultural

misunderstandings to the everyday absurdities of starting over in a new country.
