An evening of culture and fascination exploring the history and reasons for the emergence of central foods among various Israeli ethnic communities. Hosts Chef Haim Cohen and Yossi Alfi tell the stories behind food origins such as couscous, kibbeh, and harees, with additional guests participating. The evening also features musical performances by Einat Sharof and Tamir Harpaz.
