Connected: Midlife Career Change Workshop

The Ganei Tikva Municipal Library is pleased to invite you to a workshop as part of “Mehubarot”:

Changing Careers Midlife — with Yael Grossman

Have you always dreamed of a new career in another field,

but never had the courage to make the change?

Do you know that you want a change—but don’t know what kind?

That is exactly what we will discuss in Yael Grossman’s new workshop on changing careers midlife.

A successful career change does not always require “starting from scratch”—but rather making smart use of the experience you have accumulated to date.

What will we do in the workshop?

Talk—about changing careers midlife.

Practice—identifying strengths and values through personal moments of success.

Build a vision—a personal vision exercise and setting out on a specific task or goal that will help you move forward.

Led by Yael Grossman—a coach specializing in employment and careers.

Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 20:00 (until 21:30)
