Yeast-Dough Workshop — The Secrets Behind the Perfect Dough

Enter the wonderful world of yeast dough.

Together, we will discover the secrets to precise, airy, soft yeast dough; learn how to adapt it for sweet and savory pastries; and prepare a variety of surprising, delicious, and aromatic fillings.

A practical, creative, and above all fragrant workshop—in which the dough comes to life, and the result comes straight from the oven to the plate.

Choose from two workshops:
