Second workshop: 18:00–20:00
“I believe that food is far more than a dish on a plate—it is the oldest language of connection between people.
My culinary journey began with a passion for ingredients and the human encounters surrounding them, and led me from studying at Le Cordon Bleu, through working at OCD Restaurant, to independent culinary projects such as ‘Shevet’ in Eilat.
The DNA of my kitchen combines the precision and minimalism of French and Japanese cuisine with the rootedness and roughness of contemporary Israeli cuisine.
I work with local ingredients, open fire, and techniques intended to bring out the very best in every ingredient—without unnecessary distractions.
But beyond technique, what truly matters to me is intuition.
In my workshops, we do not merely cook according to a recipe—we learn to understand the ‘why’ behind the actions: how to control heat, how to balance flavors, and how to turn a simple ingredient into an experience that stays in the memory.”
Price: 200 NIS, including light refreshments, a personal apron, and a glass of wine.
