Led by Yaffa Cohen, professional pastry chef and owner of the “Mafayafa” boutique pastry shop.

A sufganiyot workshop—sweet, festive, and perfect.

In the spirit of Hanukkah, we will prepare fluffy, soft, indulgent homemade sufganiyot together—and discover how to turn every sufganiyah into a celebration of flavors.

We will learn to prepare perfect sufganiyah dough, explore a variety of sweet and surprising fillings, and decorate together with an array of colorful and spectacular toppings.

An experiential, creative, and above all sweet workshop—because nothing compares to a sufganiyah you made yourself.
