First workshop: 14:00–16:00
Second workshop: 18:00–20:00
“I believe food is much more than a dish on a plate—it is the oldest language of connection between people.
My culinary journey began with a passion for ingredients and the human encounters surrounding them, and led me from studying at Le Cordon Bleu, through working at OCD restaurant, to independent culinary projects such as ‘Shevet’ in Eilat.
The DNA of my kitchen combines the precision and minimalism of French and Japanese cuisine with the rootedness and roughness of contemporary Israeli cuisine.
I work with local ingredients, open fire, and techniques designed to bring out the very best in every ingredient—without unnecessary background noise.
But beyond technique, what truly matters to me is intuition.
In my workshops, participants do not simply cook according to a recipe—they learn to understand the ‘why’ behind the actions: how to control heat, how to balance flavors, and how to transform a simple ingredient into an experience that stays in the memory.”
Price: 300 NIS for a parent and child, including light refreshments and a personal apron.
