Additional Details
A musical apocalyptic satire about existential anxieties, national obsessions, pickles, and resurrection. With a real nuclear threat looming and the State of Israel counting down to its demise, the government announces the last national salvation plan: a massive and collective observance of the Sabbath, which will bring the Messiah, and with him, the end of days. The state of emergency, the gravity of the moment, and the general panic have their effects. Everyone mobilizes. Everyone, except Yoel. In the midst of a mid-life crisis, Yoel decides for the first time in his life to go against the flow. This personal choice quickly degenerates into a wild journey into the depths of the country's identity, a journey culminating with the fate of all humanity resting on his frail shoulders. Starring: Uri Yaniv, Naomi Levov, Neta Rot, Miki Leon, Alexander Senderovich, Avi Azulai, Eti Vaknin Sover, Shir Saig, Gilad Kletter, Ofir Tzoigenboim/ Carmel Kendall.
