Workshop “Grow Again” – Recognize | Choose | Believe
Four sessions that can change the way you think, feel, and encounter life.
During the workshop, we will go through a process based on the method I developed:
Session 1 | The Story Behind the Method
My life story and the seven insights I learned along the way, and how the method was born from my personal journey.
Session 2 | Recognize
Learn to identify the thoughts, doubts, and patterns operating within us.
Session 3 | Choose
Learn to stop the automatic reaction and choose how to think and respond.
Session 4 | Believe
Do what is within our control, let go of what is not within our control, and continue even when we cannot yet see the entire path.
