Climbing and rappelling naturally challenge us to cope with particularly demanding situations that require resilience and personal resources.
Workshop participants will learn to cope constructively with challenges and stressful situations, adapt to change, and grow from crises.
During the workshop, we will bridge the gap between two separate individuals—the parent and the child—and provide the child with the tools and support needed to be who they are.
Participants will experience the worlds of climbing and rappelling while developing the group and deepening the connections among its members.
*Places are limited!
Participation is contingent upon completing parental consent forms and a health declaration.
