This season’s annual grand production by the Israel Sinfonietta Beer Sheva is dedicated to the United States of America in honor of the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence. The program features the most celebrated works of American musical classics: excerpts from Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story and Candide, George Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess and An American in Paris, and other masterpieces.

The concert will feature soloists from Israel and abroad, eight dancers led by choreographer Haim Fershtein (Dancing with the Stars), as well as an expanded Israel Sinfonietta Beer Sheva ensemble conducted by its music director, Maestro Konstantin Orbelian.
