Nona
The contemporary dance performance “Nona” will take place on October 19, 2026, in the main hall of the Center for the Performing Arts in Beersheba. Performed by the Vertigo company.
“Nonna” is a contemporary dance work that constitutes an emotional and physical immersion, performed by the Vertigo Dance Company. Its world premiere took place at the end of 2025. The creators, sisters Noa Wertheim and Rina Wertheim-Koren, centered the performance on a deep philosophical exploration of the essence of time—its fleetingness and the human trajectory in a fragmented world. The work’s title was inspired by the figure of Nona, one of the three Fates in Roman mythology, whose task was to spin the thread of human life. The choreography was created by Noa Wertheim and Rina Wertheim-Koren.
