Mediation Course for Urban Renewal Processes

Behind every renewed building are people, concerns, and shared decisions. How do you build trust between neighbors, address disagreements, and advance agreements?

The Bat Yam Urban Renewal Administration and the Bat Yam Community Mediation Center invite tenant representatives, building committees, and residents who are undergoing an urban renewal process or are about to begin one to a practical course combining:

🤝 4 mediation sessions — tools for listening, understanding concerns, and managing dialogue that advances agreements.
🏗️ 2 urban renewal sessions — an introduction to the fundamentals of the process and the municipal plan.
