Take a moment for yourselves and join a circle of conversation, connection, and brotherhood.

• What is a men’s circle, really?

You know how the guys get together to sit and have a drink, make plans to watch a game, or go on a trip together?
It feels similar to being together with the guys, but in the circle, a safe space is created to talk openly about everything.

All the issues that occupy us in our lives: relationships, careers, fatherhood, sexuality, reserve duty, anger, and fears.

• What can you really gain from a men’s circle?

  • Tools for better communication within relationships—with partners, family, and ourselves
  • Tools for emotional regulation in situations of stress, rage, and anxiety
  • Improved feelings of confidence and self-worth
  • Male brotherhood

• More about the men’s circle

A men’s circle is similar to working out at a gym.
At the gym, we work on muscles that make us look better; in a men’s circle, we work on muscles that strengthen the important relationships in our lives.

Like the core muscles, in the circle we strengthen a group of muscles that cannot be seen but influence and reinforce our sense of stability and resilience in the world.

The listening muscle, the sharing muscle, and the trust muscle—the system of psychological muscles that serves us both in the important relationships in our lives and in our development as human beings.

Once a week, we will meet in the gym of the men’s circle—men who want to be better fathers, more communicative partners, and better able to overcome life’s challenges together.
