FELIX SHINDER — The Voice of Modern Odesa

Felix Shinder is a vibrant artist from Odesa who combines the city’s musical culture, stage expressiveness, and contemporary original sound in his work. He was a finalist on The Voice in Ukraine.

Today, Felix Shinder performs both well-known songs from Odesa’s musical heritage and his own original compositions, preserving his distinctive style, charisma, and the atmosphere of his native city.

Felix Shinder presents the golden book of Odesa songs and hits—a musical tradition that reflects the city’s history, language, humor, temperament, and unique atmosphere. His repertoire brings together famous Odesa songs, Jewish musical classics, songs by Leonid Utyosov, and other works that have become part of Odesa’s cultural memory and musical history.

These include “Limonchiki,” “7:40,” “Haim,” and “Jewish Wedding,” as well as such well-known songs as “Hava Nagila,” “A Yiddishe Mamme,” “Havenu Shalom Aleichem,” and others.

Felix Shinder has performed at international festivals and concert venues, presenting Odesa’s musical culture in a contemporary stage format. His appearances include Sommerfestival der Kulturen in Stuttgart, FolkHerbst Preisverleihung, the International Klezmer Festival Fürth, Atlas Weekend, Jazz Koktebel, and others.

The artist has performed concerts in the United States, Latin America, France, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and other countries.
