A course of 10 lectures on family leadership starts on October 20, 2026, at the Absorption Center in Bat Yam. It begins at 18:00, by registration.
The Integration Department of the Bat Yam Municipality and the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration invite new immigrants—residents of Bat Yam—to a 10-lecture course:
Psychological patterns and tools for constructive communication in the family
How to reach agreements with loved ones so that they really work
How to discuss family roles and responsibilities, understand each other better, talk about your wishes, and maintain good relationships
During the training, we will examine the psychological patterns of family communication and practical tools that help create mutual understanding, distribute roles and responsibility, and maintain positive emotions and energy in the family. We will also address the topics you identified in your requests: family relationships, mutual understanding, communication, and even “how to get everyone organized at home”—so that it really works.
Live participation, practical tools, and a supportive group ✅
This course is for adults who want to build family relationships based on dialogue, mutual respect, and conscious choice.
The course is led by experienced specialists from the Center for Skills and Leadership Development (CBA), who work with groups and communities during periods of change and growth.
The instructors create a safe and supportive space in which resilience, mutual understanding, and a sense of support within the family are developed through play, dialogue, and practice.
