Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is possible up to approximately one week before the day camp/workshop begins.
- From approximately one week before the day camp begins until its opening date, an 80% refund will be provided.
- For a day camp lasting up to approximately five days, no refund will be provided after the day camp begins.
- For a day camp lasting more than five days, a 70% refund will be provided for the canceled days.
- In the event of partial absence, no refund will be provided.
- Retroactive refunds cannot be issued.
