Argentine tango legend Marcos Ayala, together with the Marcos Ayala Tango Company, presents the extraordinary dance show Tango Buenos Aires.

In winter 2027, we will have the opportunity to meet the king of Argentine tango, Marcos Ayala, and the outstanding tango masters of his company.

This elegant and sensual performance transports audiences to the “Golden Age of Tango,” recreating the atmosphere of the celebration of life characteristic of 1940s and 1950s America. The journey encompasses the era of swing, tango canyengue, and milonga.

The dancers’ striking images—men in tuxedos and women in dresses—create mesmerizing patterns onstage, while passionate music and elegant movements convey the essence and allure of tango.

Luxurious costumes, individually designed for each number with exquisite details, combined with scenography and expressive lighting, create a rich visual atmosphere and distinctive artistic style.

Marcos Ayala is the 2006 World Tango Champion in Japan, as well as a director, choreographer, and dancer. He is considered one of the world’s leading tango performers.

Following a successful tour of the United States in 2015, he received two Latin ACE Awards: one for his career and another for the musical Tango Lovers, named “Best Musical of the Year.”

Ayala also worked with Cirque du Soleil as a guest choreographer and earned the nickname “The Revelation of Tango” while working on the musical Chantecler Tango in Argentina and France.

The Marcos Ayala Tango Company, founded in Buenos Aires in 2012, strives to keep tango alive and evolving, engage in dialogue with other art forms, and faithfully convey Ayala’s deeply personal vision.
