Pasta and Ravioli Workshop - Children

In the workshop, children learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, just like in Italy. Together, we will knead classic pasta dough, roll it out using a pasta machine, make ravioli with a rich filling, and learn to work with the dough step by step. To finish, we will prepare two beloved sauces—a cream sauce and a traditional rosé sauce—and serve the dishes we made with our own hands. Each child takes part personally, from kneading to plating.
