Between the Waves
The Ashdod Municipality’s Kivunim Center, in partnership with My Wave Association, is launching a unique program for discharged combat soldiers and reservists serving in combat roles.
Seven sessions at the beach focusing on strengthening resilience and coping through surfing. The sessions begin with a group discussion, followed by surfing in the sea.
Through surfing, participants discover the strengths within themselves to cope with life’s challenges.
Begins on 05.10.26, every Monday, 15:30–18:30, at Hof Tu Beach.
Registration fee: 50 NIS.
Participants must present a combat soldier certificate or documentation confirming reserve service in a combat role.
