Presentation of the course "In the Spotlight: The Art of Communication" in Ashdod
The presentation of a course on attention management and group communication takes place from September 9 to November 25, on Wednesdays, at ART ME Studio, Ashdod. Classes are from 18:00 to 21:00.
How do some people manage to hold their listeners’ attention and interest, and can this be learned?
In one-on-one communication, everything is clearer: we see our conversation partner, read their reactions, and can adapt to them.
But how do you hold the attention of dozens of people? How do you sense a group, company, or audience? How do you regain attention when people are distracted or skeptical?
The course “In the Spotlight: The Art of Communication” is about managing a group’s attention and energy, being a leader, and leading people.

- Learn to establish contact with a group—from “breaking the ice” to deep engagement
- Study the group life cycle and its dynamics: what is especially important at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of contact

- Learn strategies for dealing with “difficult cases”: boredom, aggression, and distracted people
- Master techniques for in-person and online groups (Zoom and other formats)
