We invite you to a special musical evening—“Classics in the Dark,” where works by great composers will come alive in complete immersion, creating an atmosphere of pure sound and inner light.
Upon arrival, each guest will receive a soft sleep mask in individual packaging—a small ritual before a journey inward. As soon as you put on the mask, the light disappears. Another dimension opens: a world of pure sound.
In complete darkness, freed from visual distractions, you will immerse yourself in live performances of timeless works by Bach, Mozart, Bellini, Caccini, and Vivaldi. These masterpieces will be performed by leading Israeli musicians, creating a profound, almost meditative experience unlike any other.
This is not merely a concert. It is a unique journey. It is an encounter with music that resonates directly within you.
Performers
Alla Vasilevitskaya — soprano
Recipient of BSER and Grabov scholarships and winner of the Ben-Aroya Prize. Soloist with the Israel Opera, she has performed leading roles in operas by Dvořák, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Offenbach, Bellini, Puccini, Verdi, Mozart, Weinberg, Bizet, Gluck, Poulenc, and others.
Pavel Levin — violin
Has lived in Israel since 1995. First violinist of the Israel Chamber Orchestra; member of the “Polyphony” ensembles conducted by Gil Shohat, the Levin Quartet, and the “Nigun Sameah” jazz-klezmer group. Collaborates with leading Israeli musicians.
Alisa Goldenberg — cello
Professional cellist and competition laureate, formerly a soloist with musical theaters. Actively involved in Israel’s musical life, from chamber ensembles to large-scale projects. Has performed on international stages and participated in television and film projects. She enjoys dialogue between genres and live sound in the here and now.
Yakov Muravin — musical director, arranger, piano
A pianist with classical and jazz training and a graduate of the Jerusalem Academy. One of the leading arrangers on the jazz scene, he combines discipline and freedom in every project. His playing is the foundation on which the entire concert is built.
