Marriage proposals at Pirate Park (Waze), A Trail—north side, will take place Sunday–Thursday by registration on the website only.

Rules of Conduct

• Do not draw electricity or run electrical cables through the public area.
• Confetti and paper products of any kind are prohibited.
• Disposable tableware is prohibited (the law banning disposable products on beaches and along the trail).
• Fireworks are prohibited on the wooden deck due to fire hazards.
• Loud music and parties are prohibited.
• Do not climb onto the balcony or tie strings to the railing.
• Lighting fires and using barbecues near the trail are prohibited.
• Only marriage proposals may take place on the trail; meals with tables and chairs are not permitted.
• The person submitting the form must leave the site clean and orderly.
