- In case of ticket cancellation more than 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.
- In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged the full amount.
- The refund will be made using the payment method originally used.
