A children’s play based on Oscar Wilde about the friendship between a little boy and a frightening giant who turns out to be gentle and sensitive. Suitable for kindergarten through third grade.
The Israeli Hour Theater for Children and Youth is proud to present:
Based on the beloved story by Oscar Wilde
For kindergarten–Grade 3
A magical story about a wonderful and surprising friendship between a small, sensitive child and a giant who appears frightening and intimidating, but is gentle inside and afraid of children.
The child’s warmth and wisdom will melt the giant’s closed, frozen heart—and the giant’s garden will become the neighborhood children’s playground.
An emotional and humorous show that proves that those who judge by appearances may miss out on a true friend—and that kindness and concern for others are the best recipe for true friendship.
