
Hike on the Israel National Trail along the eastern Mount Karbolet, from Oron to Nahal Mador, covering 12 km. The route will take place at the date and under the conditions provided by the organizer.
From Oron to Nahal Mador via the eastern Ma’ale Akravot ridge. Section 59, from north to south.

Finish point: Nahal Mador, ascending to the Akravot ridge
Elevation gain/loss: 518 m ascent, 481 m descent
Points of interest: The Akravot ridge, views of Yeruham Crater and the Zin Valley.
Mount Akravot is considered one of the highlights of the Israel National Trail. Mount Akravot is the southern ridge of Yeruham Crater. The section is considered difficult by any standard and includes ladders, handholds, and iron rungs. It requires physical fitness and the ability to walk on “rugged” rocky terrain.
