The name of Israeli food has traveled far thanks to its creativity, freshness, and the variety of influences it brings to a single plate. If we listen to Israeli music, we find in it an enormous range of rhythms and harmonies that cross continents. Chef Ayelet Latubutz and musician "Eliott" conduct a culinary-musical dialogue before the audience. One chops and sautés, the other plays and demonstrates. Each of them is a pillar, a pioneer in her field, and a sorceress with words. With talent, they tell together the unique story of Israeli culture through taste, smell, sound, and rhythm. From the accordion, pita, and humility, through stuffed foods, cassettes and rhythm clubs, to restaurants, Eurovision, and coffee carts. Ayelet Latubutz – After culinary studies in London and work in top-tier restaurants, Ayelet broke into public consciousness when she presented "Garlic Pepper and Olive Oil" with Gil Lover and published the book "Sun Sea and Food Too." Since then, she has appeared on television programs, published dozens of recipes in newspapers and magazines, and translated and edited cookbooks. For 15 years she served as chef of a successful café chain. From there she moved to culinary management in a culinary track at a high school and a culinary culture institute.

Eliott (Sharon Ben Ezer) began her career as a vocalist and drummer in the Polianna Frank band, a young ensemble that broke boundaries in the early 1990s. Success led Eliott to the music scene in London, where she performed and created for 15 years in diverse and rich work. When she returned to the country in the early 2000s, she began DJing and quickly became one of the most sought-after DJs in Israel. Eliott has composed scores for film and television and added to her resume a radio program, DJ instruction, and music production.
