An online workshop for parents of children aged 1.5–4 on sleep habits, waking and evening struggles. Begins on 18/10/2026 at 20:30 on Zoom.
Let Them Sleep Peacefully 🌙
Does every evening look the same?
More water
Another story
Another hug
“I don’t want to go to sleep”
“Don’t leave”
And then another waking in the middle of the night...
If bedtime has also become an exhausting struggle in your home,
if you feel you no longer know when to insist,
when to let go, or how to help your child fall asleep without putting the whole household under stress, this workshop is exactly for you.
Over four sessions, we’ll organize everything happening around sleep and understand how it’s possible to create change without battles and without magic solutions that don’t suit your family.
💗 We’ll talk about sleep habits and routines,
💗 resistance and power struggles, boundaries and choice,
💗 dependence on a parent and night wakings,
💗 and above all, how to gradually help children develop greater confidence, capability, and independence around sleep.
The goal isn’t only for your child to sleep better, but for the evenings at home to look different 💗
The workshop is intended for parents of children aged 1.5–4 and will take place on Zoom.
Because sleep isn’t just about sleep—
it’s also connected to attachment, boundaries, security, and the way we guide our children.
Places are limited.
