Ticket cancellation policy
- If a ticket is canceled more than 48 hours before the show, the ticket holder will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price.
- If canceled within 48 hours, the ticket holder will be charged the full price.
- Refunds will be issued only through the payment method used for the charge.
Terms and conditions
- Every person entering the show, regardless of age, must have an admission ticket.
- Strollers are not permitted in the auditorium.
- Bringing drinks and food into the auditorium is prohibited.
