Understanding Attention – A Six-Session Workshop for Parents of Children with ADHD
Led by Lilach Musari
LICBT therapist, group facilitator, and lecturer specializing in ADHD
ADHD does not come with an instruction manual. This workshop is designed to help you write one of your own.
Over six sessions, we will learn to become familiar with the unique brains of children with ADHD, understand what lies behind their behaviors and reactions, and—most importantly—how this understanding can change daily life at home.
We will discuss ways to reduce struggles and friction, practice tools for supporting emotional regulation, and consider how to set boundaries while maintaining connection, even during challenging moments.
Above all, we will explore how, as parents, we can help our children recognize their strengths, strengthen their sense of capability and self-confidence, and create an environment in which they can develop, learn, and flourish.
Six sessions of understanding, practice, and tools.
The workshop is intended for parents of children with ADHD who want to better understand their child, find ways to reduce struggles, and create more cooperation at home.
Cost: ₪40 per session; ₪240 for the entire workshop

Location: Ramat Sharonit – 16 Dagan
Start date: Wednesday, October 14, 2026
