Biodanza for Men and Women
The Resilience Center of the Hof Ashkelon Regional Council invites you to participate in a series of Biodanza sessions combining movement, music, and group interaction.
Biodanza enables connection with ourselves and others in an experiential way, providing a space for enjoyment, release, personal expression, and strengthening resilience.
Advance registration is required for 12 sessions.
A symbolic fee of 18 NIS per session for council residents
25 NIS for residents from outside the council
