Yehiam Fortress National Park – strength, nature, scenery, and history in one tour – a sign-language tour

When you arrive at Yehiam Fortress and explore it in depth, you gain a clear understanding of the concepts of power, nature, and landscape—and of the close connection between them.

You are invited to break from your routine and join a tour among the remains of the large and impressive fortress, which combines structures from the Crusader and Ottoman periods. The fortress also tells the story of the bravery of the Yehiam defenders during the War of Independence. After hearing all these stories, climb to the top of the fortress, where the Western Galilee can be seen in all its glory throughout the year.
