A duet between two men, one aged fifty and the other twenty-one, unfolds on a single stage: two bodies existing in two timelines, gazing at one another, mimicking each other, and through the similarities and differences, venturing into fantastical realms. This work emerges from a period of "after": after the collapse of certainties, after the loss of trust in stable narratives. Understanding that something new must grow, the queerness here is not just a theme but a method of work: challenging narratives of masculinity, progress, success, and peak, and lingering in unresolved states. The personal place of the creators - their maturation as choreographers in a field that sanctifies youth and flexibility, and the encounter between the passion for dance and the changing body, is embedded as living material and inspiration for creation.

About the creators:
Tel Aviv-based choreographers Yossi Berg and Oded Graf, who began collaborating in 2005, have gained a reputation for groundbreaking work that is highly physical, poignant, and intelligent. Berg and Graf have toured with their company around the world, performing at many prestigious venues, including the Montpelier Dance Festival in France, the American Dance Festival in the USA, Joyce Theater in New York, Dance House Theater in Sweden, SIDance Festival in South Korea, and have won several prestigious international awards. Additionally, they have been invited as guest choreographers to create works for many dance companies and universities. Yossi and Oded are artistic directors, inventors, researchers, dancers, educators, and mentors; they teach extensively worldwide, focusing on the next generation of dancers. Since 2020, Yossi has been leading The Workshop, a training program for dancers at Kibbutz Ga’aton, serving as its artistic director and teacher, while Oded led the “Harama Masach” Festival across Israel from 2020 to 2024, and since 2023, he has been teaching regularly at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. Berg and Graf are recipients of the Ministry of Culture Award in the field of choreography and the Rosenblum Award for the Performing Arts for Outstanding Artists.
