Sukkot festival for the whole family at Nahal Taninim Nature Reserve on September 29–30. Tours, workshops, and a display of archaeological finds in nature.
The Israel Nature and Parks Authority and the Israel Antiquities Authority invite you to a Sukkot festival at Nahal Taninim Nature Reserve.
A festive event for the whole family, connecting magical nature, autumn blooms, migratory birds, and a sukkah for rest:
Tour with an Israel Nature and Parks Authority guide: Walk along the flowing stream, learn about streamside vegetation and waterfowl, watch a “hands-on” demonstration of the Roman dam and ancient mills, and discover the fascinating story of the crocodiles that once lived in the stream.
Workshop and exhibition by the Israel Antiquities Authority: A special area featuring hands-on creative workshops for the whole family and a unique exhibition of archaeological finds from the stream area.

Guided tours at 10:00, 12:00, and 14:00
During Sukkot, a kosher sukkah will be set up at the site for visitors.
